As a Project Control Specialist, you are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who supports Project and Program Managers in coordinating resources, meetings, and deliverables to ensure programs remain on schedule. You thrive in environments that require proactive communication, serving as the bridge between clients, leadership, and internal teams.Responsibilities include assisting Project Managers and/or Program Managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. You will prepare and deliver status reports or reviews, track staffing, budget, prioritization, and other personnel matters for the Project/Program Manager. Other responsibilities may include but not limited to communicating between the client and various teams internally, setting times and dates for meetings to keep on schedule, and relaying any issues with timelines or budgets to the Project/Program Manager.
