Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Drivers and Helpers to support seasonal delivery operations involving 26' flatbed trucks. These roles focus on safe, timely, and accurate delivery of materials while working in a fast‐paced, early‐morning environment. Ideal candidates are punctual, safety‐minded, and comfortable with physical work and long shifts.
These positions offer consistent seasonal hours, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drivers
- Safely operate a 26' flatbed truck in compliance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete assigned delivery routes efficiently and on schedule
- Load, unload, and secure materials as needed
- Perform pre‐trip and post‐trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
- Assist Helpers with loading/unloading when needed
Helpers
- Assist Drivers with loading, unloading, and securing materials
- Support safe and efficient delivery operations throughout the shift
- Handle materials with care and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with the Driver and team members
Requirements
Drivers
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of auto insurance
- DMV driving record printout
- Ability to pass an in‐house drug test
- Ability to complete a DOT physical (clinic information provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work early morning shifts and long hours during peak season
Helpers
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must pass in‐house drug test
Schedule
- Monday through Sunday
- Start Times: 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM
- End Times: 4:00 PM or 7:00 PM
Compensation
- Drivers: $20.00 per hour
- Helpers: $18.00 per hour
