Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: May 27, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Details Work setting is a Level III Special Care Nursery (SCN) in a hospital environment Neonatal patient population including infants with medical and/or surgical conditions Admissions include infants born at the facility as well as evaluated transfer requests from other hospitals Equipment includes ReCam ophthalmic imaging system, cardiac monitors, warmer beds, and isolettes 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM 3 shifts per week 13-week contract No on-call requirements Requirements Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or Compact license required Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications required (must not be expired) Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a neonatal specialty setting Driver's license required for consideration Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in employment at this facility before being considered Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended American Traveler Job ID #P-704724.
