Operations Coordinator

Pay Range: $27.00 - $32.00 Hr.Perini Management Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic, organized, and technology-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Framingham, MA team.This hourly position will provide administrative and operational support across multiple construction projects and our home office. The ideal candidate enjoys being a reliable resource for a team. Previous construction experience is not required. We’ve provided design-build and design-bid-build construction for more than four decades, responding to disasters and supporting military operations around the globe.Across the globe, notable projects include the US Coast Guard Maritime Patrol Hanger on Cape Cod, U.S Forces Operations Facility at Camp Victory, Iraq, National Army Brigades in Afghanistan, the Air Warfare Center in Saudi Arabia and multiple security upgrades for U.S. Embassy’s across the globe.Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional TalentDescription:Support the administration and maintenance of Procore, our construction project management software, including project setup, document organization, user support, and periodic project audits.Coordinate with Business Development & Estimating to transition bid-phase documents into active project files.Assist with initial project plans, preconstruction submittals, monthly reports, and other required documentation.Support the administration, auditing, and continued improvement of Procore across active projects.Assist with certified payroll and labor compliance system setup and administration.Coordinate routine jobsite needs such as trailers, dumpsters, portable toilets, internet, office equipment, and other temporary services.Assist with subcontractor and vendor documentation and administrative coordination.Support project closeout and organization of final project records.Support the development and implementation of standardized project processes, procedures, templates, and workflows.Assist with the rollout of new Procore features and company practices, including preparation of training materials, employee training, and ongoing support.Provide general administrative and office support, including phones, visitors, deliveries, meetings, and document preparation.Help identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology, automation, and AI.QualificationsHighly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and dependable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities.Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.Strong general computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.Previous administrative, operations, project support, or similar experience preferred.Construction, Procore, or certified payroll experience is a plus, but not required.Experience with or interest in AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar productivity tools is a plus.This position is well suited for someone who enjoys administrative work, learning new systems, supporting others, and making processes more organized and efficient.
