The Busch Law Group is a boutique educational law firm experiencing growth and seeking to fill three attorney positions at varying levels of experience. We offer a congenial work environment and a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Junior Associate
- Experience Required: 1-5 years of practice.
- Responsibilities:
- Review documents for discovery, conduct research, and analyze documents to prepare rosters and lists.
- Assist in trial litigation processes, including preparation of motions and discovery demands/responses.
- Excel experience is helpful for managing and organizing data.
- Plus: Public entity law exposure and familiar with Robert’s Rules.
- Requirements: Admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
- Candidate Qualifications:
- Superior writing skills and strong research skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent communication, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
