Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ histories regarding substance abuse and mental health.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, addressing not only the addiction but also underlying mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to engage clients effectively.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide education and resources to clients’ families, fostering their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, who may also present with co-occurring mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Specialized training or demonstrated experience in addiction counseling, with a solid understanding of substance abuse treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
