Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Eureka, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA in Eureka, IL at a skilled nursing facility. You will assist patients recovering from injury or illness with mobility, function, and activity under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply and a recruiter will follow up with details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Client requirement: ability to work 5 days per week with 35 guaranteed hours for the assignment period (client-specific scheduling expectation). Preferred: prior experience with geriatric populations, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Work days: Monday through Friday (5x8 schedule). Assignment length: 13 weeks. Floating: Candidate may be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
