Highlights Location: North Bergen, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Part-time, Days What You'll Do Coordinate total nursing care for assigned patients. Participate in patient and family teaching. Provide leadership by collaborating with nursing and ancillary staff. Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Direct and oversee care provided by other caregivers through delegation and evaluation. Effectively coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers and support services. Requirements Education: BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire. Experience: Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program. Licenses & Certifications: Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.
