We are seeking a proactive and responsible On hand Mechanic / Maintenance Manager to lead our small maintenance team in overseeing the upkeep of commercial and mixed-use facilities. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong mechanical and electrical skills, capable of managing both the team and day-to-day maintenance operations during standard business hours. The ideal candidate will communicate fluently in both Spanish and English and ensure safety compliance while driving preventive and corrective maintenance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small maintenance team (1-5 members)
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance activities
• Conduct mechanical repairs including auto mechanical tasks
• Manage electrical and plumbing system maintenance
• Schedule and assign daily work tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance (industrial, commercial, or similar)

• Expertise in mechanical diagnostics and electrical systems
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
