Floor Supervisor - River Roast

River Roast is seeking a motivated and service-focused Floor Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for overseeing front-of-house staff, ensuring service standards are met, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities include supervising front-of-house team members during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent guest service and promptly addressing guest concerns, monitoring dining room operations to maintain efficient service and hospitality standards, coaching, training, and motivating team members to achieve performance expectations, assisting with employee onboarding and ongoing development, collaborating with management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations, supporting opening and closing procedures, including completion of daily checklists, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards, monitoring staffing needs and communicating operational issues to management, and fostering a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.

Qualifications include 1-3 years of restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities, flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations preferred, food handler and BASSET certifications are a plus.
