Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Physical Therapist based in Wellesley Hills, MA. The Sports Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for patients recovering from sports-related injuries. Daily tasks include implementing injury prevention strategies, guiding patients through strength and conditioning programs, and providing comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy and Patient Care to ensure effective treatment plans and compassionate service. Skills in Injury Prevention and Strength & Conditioning to help patients improve performance and avoid future injuries. Experience in Orthopedics, particularly with sports-related injuries, to provide specialized rehabilitation services. Proficiency in assessing and modifying exercise programs for diverse patient needs and fitness levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration with patients and team members. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and a valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Prior experience working with athletes or in a sports therapy setting is preferred.
