Job Locations: USA-MN-Hastings Campus Name: Benedictine Living Community-Regina Category: Therapy Position Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Specific Shift Times: 8AM - 4:30PM Scheduled Days of the Week: M-F Weekend Work Requirement: Varies Salary Range: $42-55/hour Overview The Physical Therapist Float is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluations, ongoing assessments, and the planning and implementation of therapy interventions. Responsibilities Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates long‑term and/or short‑term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents. Provides treatment to all BHS communities as needed; may be required to travel to multiple sites in a day. Qualifications Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, in good standing. Bachelor's degree.
