Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will: Interact with children and perform applied behavior analysis (center-based and community). Perform daily living needs of children, including changing diapers, clothing, washing hands, and assistance in toilet training. Interact with families daily. Follow mandating reporting guidelines as established by the state. Assist with cleaning and COVID day‑to‑day procedures. Assist children in the bathroom. Attend all required staff meetings and trainings. Requirements High school degree or higher. Applicants must be 18 years or older, flexible and creative, and able to work well with both children and adults. Experience with children or adults with developmental disabilities (preferred). Can push/pull 75 pounds (e.g., move school tables/training materials) and lift/support 25 pounds of weight. Physical ability to run, jump, get on/off the floor, bend, and help carry students.
