Sales Support Specialist

Overview Trillium has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist in New Castle, DE. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the outside sales representatives. Duties include keeping an accurate calendar for appointments, creating/completing order and quote requests, and communicating with customers via phone and emails regarding follow-up appointments, lead follow-ups, and qualification of new customers. If you are computer savvy and organized with outstanding communication skills, this Sales Support Specialist opportunity could be just what you are seeking. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a renowned international firm. Compensation Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr Schedule Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary range is $26-28/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities Support outside sales representatives and maintain an accurate calendar for appointments. Create and process orders and quote requests. Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding follow-up appointments, lead follow-ups, and qualification of new customers.
