Host/Hostess Hospitality Responsibilities
Greets Guests
Checks on Guests in our Dining Room.
Looks for opportunities to provide microbursts of hospitality.
Anticipates needs of Guests in the Dining Room (for example, assists with highchairs, and offers to refresh beverages).
Exhibits the CORE 4 (including but not limited to our hospitality standard procedures) and seeks opportunities to Create a Moment whenever interacting with Guests.
Owns in-house strategy to Win Hearts Every Day.
Assists Server with meal delivery.
Ensures that guests have a clean and organized Dining Room in which to enjoy their dining experience.
Cleans and sanitizes tables after Guests have finished dining.
Ensures that the floor is clean of debris, dirt, and spills by sweeping and mopping.
Replenishes the condiment table when items are low.
Empties out the trash receptacles when they become full.
Ensures that the bathrooms are clean and free of clutter (including toilets, mirrors, sinks, and floors).
Ensures that windows and doors are clean.
Assists with Mobile and DoorDash orders
Required skills/Abilities
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the restaurant.
Must be able to function in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
Climb up and down ladders to access products and supplies
Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
