Quality Auditor — Temp-to-Perm

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 3:45 PM – 2:30 AM
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent
Work Environment: Non-climate-controlled warehouse

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to support our warehouse and shipping operations. The Quality Auditor will perform outbound shipping audits, verify product and shipment information, document audit results, and communicate quality findings to the appropriate teams.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has strong attention to detail, can use an RF scanner and computer systems, and can communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform outbound shipping audits following established Quality procedures and audit requirements .
• Verify shipment quantities, part numbers, and labels for accuracy.
• Ensure audit coverage aligns with the percentage of product shipped by zone.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Use an RF scanner to complete assigned warehouse and audit activities.
• Accurately document audit results and maintain required records.
• Perform basic math calculations to validate quantities and audit results, including counting, addition, subtraction, and percentages .
• Enter audit data into spreadsheets, reports, or quality tracking tools as required.
• Communicate audit findings to the Quality team and Shipping Supervisors/Leads .
• Assist Shipping with quality-related issues when needed.
• Capture and attach photos to support audit findings when required.
• Recognize patterns or recurring errors and escalate concerns appropriately .
• Follow all Quality System procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines .
• Support 1st and 2nd shift operations as business needs require.
• Be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays when operational needs require.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Basic math skills required, including counting, addition/subtraction, and percentages .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures .
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and team leads .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision .
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment .
• Must be able to use
