Your primary goal will be to foster an exceptional client experience—answering inquiries, guiding visitors, and managing essential administrative functions with professionalism and care. Compensation Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 (with flexibility) Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and manage the reception area to create a positive first impression. Priceactively listen to client concerns to efficiently determine their needs. Develop inventive and accurate solutions for client account issues. Maintain ownership of client requests from initial contact through resolution, ensuring complete satisfaction. Oversee physical and electronic filing systems to guarantee compliance. Prepare, review, and process financial documents, onboarding packets, and forms. Coordinate daily office operations, including handling mail, replenishing supplies, and supporting advisors with various tasks. Requirements Proven ability to communicate empathetically, build rapport, and ease anxious callers, especially those of retirement age unfamiliar with digital tools. Strong logical reasoning skills to analyze and solve complex problems quickly. Impeccable attention to detail with a "never drop the ball" attitude, demonstrating high accountability. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles. Prior experience in banking, insurance, or finance is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), with capabilities in formulas, sorting, deduplication, and pivot tables. Experience with CRM systems such as Redtail (training provided). Willingness to learn and assist clients with digital platforms like DocuSign, scanning, and uploads. Education: High school diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Bonus: Possessing an insurance license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
