Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, offering you the flexibility to craft your schedule within a set framework of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without the burden of on-call duties. Our clinic utilizes advanced digital platforms for therapy delivery, which allows seamless integration of technology into your clinical practice, thereby enhancing efficiency and improving patient satisfaction. You will be supported by our dedicated operational teams handling IT, billing, and insurance matters, allowing you to focus solely on therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions via live video, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to treat a diverse adult population.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health providers to ensure comprehensive patient treatment plans are implemented effectively.

• Utilize our integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for documentation, including conducting symptom self-assessments, tracking functional improvements, and adjusting treatment plans based on evidence-based strategies.

• Provide ongoing consultations with team leadership for clinical support and case management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Central Mind Therapeutic Clinic, our client focus encompasses a wide array of individuals, including those at elevated risk of suicide, adults facing diverse mental health disorders, and a general mental health population. You will be expected to deliver culturally responsive care, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and valued regardless of their background or mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Licensed as an independent therapist, counselor, or psychologist for at least one year, with a demonstrated ability to provide effective therapeutic intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of recent experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based treatments to adult clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
