Respite Companion Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Respite Companion to join our team at Upscale Home Care in Gila Bend, Arizona. Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure client comfort and happiness Requirements: CPR Certification First Aid Certification Finger check clearance card Qualifications: Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively Ability to assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families Reliability, patience, and a genuine desire to help others About the Role: As a Respite Companion with Upscale Home Care, you will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients.
