W-2 Employee Position
Unlike many cleaning companies that hire independent contractors (1099), MaidPro hires employees—not contractors.

Daily Responsibilities

• Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro's 49-Point Checklist. 
• Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms. 
• Dust furniture, light fixtures, and décor. 
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all types of flooring. 
• Make beds and tidy living spaces. 
• Organize and beautify homes. 
• Deliver exceptional customer service. 

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic. 
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable. 
• Excellent customer service skills. 
• Detail-oriented and take pride in a job well done. 
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. 
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day. 
• Comfortable working in homes with pets. 
• Must have a valid driver's license. 
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
• Must maintain current automobile insurance 
• Ability to pass a background check.
