Nursing Services Manager - No Weekends- $5,000 Retention Bonus

Benefits/Perks Compensation : $64,000 annually Retention Bonus : $5,000 Schedule : Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., on‑call evenings/weekends Insurance & Health : Medical, dental, vision (domestic partners eligible for dental), pet insurance, long‑term disability and life insurance at no cost, supplemental insurance options, FSA, and HSA Company‑Provided Hardware : Equipment supplied by the company 401(k) plan with up to 3% employer match after one year of service Time Away : PTO that increases with tenure, PTO donation options Employee Perks: National brand discounts, referral program, employee assistance program, and access to Tapcheck (receive 50% of pay prior to payday) Job Mobility : Opportunities within Dungarvin’s 15 states of service Paid training and orientation What You Get to Do Develop, manage, and grow Wellness Coordination services Supervise and manage the nursing staff Ensure completion and review of Wellness Assessments, Risk Mitigation Tools, and Wellness Plans for each individual receiving services Ensure face‑to‑face visits are conducted and documented per the DDRS Wellness Coordination Guide Provide leadership and direction in promoting the organization’s mission, policies, and procedures Maintain consistency and quality of health care services for people receiving Dungarvin services Act as a resource to area directors, program directors, and nursing staff regarding medical issues, rules, and regulations that govern care Provide consultation to determine appropriate nursing services for new consumers Assist in setting up health care systems in new programs Provide nursing oversight to individuals supported by Dungarvin Ensure that health care and related documentation meet licensure requirements, organizational policy, and individual needs Qualifications Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license to practice nursing in the state of Indiana Strong communication skills for documentation, support plan follow‑up, and collaboration with internal and external teams Successful background clearance required as part of the onboarding process Nice to have Prior nursing experience with individuals with intellectual, physical, and behavioral disabilities Supervisory experience desired Additional Information Positively change the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families Serve the underserved by providing access to care for those traditionally overlooked Support a talented team that supports one another Dungarvin is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
