- Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately and confidentially, adhering to the highest legal and ethical standards. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State. \n
- Demonstrated expertise in addressing mental health needs related to complex medical conditions. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with patients. \n
- A strong commitment to maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality in all patient interactions. \n

- Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting, particularly in outpatient mental health clinics. \n
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and commitment to documentation standards. \n
- A background in crisis intervention techniques and strategies for effective patient support. \n
