Data Analyst SpecialistThe Data Analyst Specialist collects, processes, and performs statistical analyses on data sets.Duties/Responsibilities:Applies statistical methods to dissect data and produce insightful business reportsDevelops related reports, graphs, charts, presentations, and other documents to support data-driven analysisCreates Power BI dashboards to effectively measure and monitor critical KPI metricsCollects and analyzes data to support modeling, network optimization, and potential supply chain enhancementsGenerates ad hoc queries and reports as required to facilitate smooth operationsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Proficient in working within a dynamic and collaborative team environmentDemonstrates advanced critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skillsPossesses advanced Excel proficiencyMaintains up-to-date knowledge of statistical analysis techniquesEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, logistics, or a related field preferredPhysical Requirements:Physical dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, and office equipment; ability to access file cabinets and items stored at various levels, including overheadAbility to communicate clearly and understandably in person, over the telephone, and in group settingsAbility to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, draw valid conclusions, and make sound decisionsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAble to lift up to 15lbs at timesDynamic Logistix is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
