PRN Help patients maintain their independence-one visit at a time. We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) who enjoys building meaningful relationships and providing hands-on care in the comfort of patients' homes. If you're passionate about helping others with their daily routines while making a positive impact on their quality of life, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do
PRN Help patients maintain their independence-one visit at a time. We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) who enjoys building meaningful relationships and providing hands-on care in the comfort of patients' homes. If you're passionate about helping others with their daily routines while making a positive impact on their quality of life, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of care provided
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with patients
- Make a direct impact on helping patients remain safely at home
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with independence throughout your day
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team
- Experience rewarding work that truly makes a difference in your community
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, as required by state regulations
- Previous home health, hospice, caregiving, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Professional with a positive attitude
- Team-oriented and flexible
- Committed to providing exceptional patient care
