What You'll Do

As an Electrical Foreman, you'll provide hands-on leadership in the field while managing crews, materials, and project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Project Superintendent and other trades to coordinate assigned electrical scopes.
• Managing manpower, materials, and daily field activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Supervising, mentoring, and motivating electrical team members.
• Promoting and enforcing high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
• Utilizing company-provided technology, including tablets and smartphones, to improve communication, documentation, and project efficiency.
• Identifying and resolving field challenges while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
• Supporting a positive, collaborative job site environment.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience leading, training, and developing field teams.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications and completing digital documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
