Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Front Desk Specialist to manage front-desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure efficient patient flow. Primary duties include patient check-in/check-out, verifying patient information, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.


Key Responsibilities

• Checking in and out
• Verifying patient information and demographics
• Collection of payments
• Using Electronic Health Records (ECW)
• Scheduling appointments
• Reviewing and prepping charts
• Verifying and confirming appointments
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Handling phone calls

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in medical receptionist/patient scheduling
• Proficiency with ECW is preferred
