Join the Randstad Secure Pros team as a Retail Security Guard for a high end speaker store in Union Square. We are seeking a highly professional individual who combines excellent customer service skills with a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all customers, employees, and merchandise salary: $19 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 10 AM - 6 PM education: High School Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain professional image that includes greeting customers, visitors and employees in a polite and friendly manner Maintain a strong presence and keeping the environment safe for all customers and employees Provide a friendly and helpful customer service experience Enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in security and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle potentially stressful situations in a calm and professional manner Physical ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment working weekends Skills Customer Service (2 years of experience is required) RETAIL STORES (2 years of experience is preferred) Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
