Your Job
We are hiring experienced Painters for long-term opportunities at multiple job sites throughout Northern Brevard. This role includes preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces, applying primers, paints, stains, and finishes, and maintaining quality workmanship while following all safety standards.

Your Day
- Prepare and paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces - Apply primers, paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment - Sand and smooth surfaces before painting - Mix and match paint colors as needed - Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment - Follow all job site safety procedures and wear required PPE - Work at various construction sites in and around Northern Brevard, both indoors and outdoors - Start times vary between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM with shifts typically lasting 8 10 hours

Your Experience
- Previous painting experience required - Experience preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces - Ability to use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment - Must have reliable transportation to and from various job sites - Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including Florida heat - Strong communication with the office regarding daily job assignments - Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
