Warehouse Lead We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead , based in Palmetto, GA , to coordinate daily operations for our Weekend Shift . It's an exciting time to join the syncreon team! About the Role Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed. Responsibilities Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed. Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, quality metrics, employee timecard exceptions and productivity administration to ensure accurate, timely completion. Provide backup and support to the Supervisor and represent him/her fully during periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required. Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy. Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations, acting as a role model, and assisting with planning, overseeing, and participating in the warehouse operations and activities. Other duties as assigned. Schedule and Availability Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. Key Qualifications Experience in a Lead role. Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
