Our curriculum, designed by world‑class swimmers, focuses on teaching proper technique and water safety in a fun, supportive environment. What You’ll Do Teach swim lessons following the SafeSplash® curriculum in a positive and engaging way. Work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Provide feedback to help students improve and gain confidence. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment. Communicate with families about student progress. Qualifications CPR-PR/AED and First Aid certification (adult, child, infant). Prior teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred. WSI certification or lifeguard experience is a plus.
