Redefine Facility Cleaning is a locally owned cleaning company based in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC. We’re looking for a  reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Full or Part-Time Cleaner.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Available Shifts:

• Swannanoa, NC 28778: 5:00–9:00 PM, 6:00-10:00PM
• Swannanoa, NC 28778: 7:00AM-3:30PM, 11:00AM-4:00PM
• Black Mountain, NC 28711: 5:00–10:00 PM

Starting Pay: $16/hour

Locations: Asheville and Arden, NC

What You'll Do

As a cleaner, you’ll help keep our customers’ facilities clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies
• Emptying trash and recycling receptacles
• Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
• Following established cleaning procedures
• Communicating effectively with your team leader
• Taking pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is  dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong reliability and self-discipline
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks thoroughly
• A positive, team-oriented attitude

No prior cleaning experience is required. We provide paid on-site training!
