We are seeking a Scientist, ADME Sciences to join IQVIA Laboratories in Indianapolis, IN. Job Summary Perform analytical laboratory procedures supporting sample analysis, method development, and validation for LC-MS–based bioanalysis of large molecule modalities. Execute high-quality sample preparation, instrument operation, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and corporate guidelines. What You’ll Be Doing Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines Prepare and complete documentation in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements Conduct laboratory tasks associated with sample preparation including in vitro incubations, sample extractions, and SPE purification Operate LC-MS instrumentation and perform routine data analysis, escalating abnormal results or potential quality failures promptly Assist with troubleshooting, process improvements, and routine method/assay development under moderate supervision Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS under the guidance of senior staff Perform and document calibration, maintenance, and hands‑on training for laboratory equipment and procedures as assigned What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field required Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of related experience in method development or a specific methodology area, a Master’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Experience with LC-MS operation and data review in a regulated laboratory environment Hands‑on proficiency with sample handling and preparation techniques including extractions and SPE purification Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high‑quality data and documentation to timelines Ability to troubleshoot laboratory equipment, exercise good judgment during testing, and elevate issues appropriately Effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits We offer integrated benefits programs and resources to support the physical, mental, emotional, financial and social well‑being of employees and their families. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $51,800.00 to $108,000.00.
