Preferred or Nice to Have: Inpatient rehab experience CARE scoring experience

Description: The unit has a total of 15 beds. There are 20 staff members on this unit. The staffing ratio includes 4.5 PT/PTA and 4 OT/COTA during the day shift, with a rehab tech. The patient-to-staff ratio is 5 patients per staff member. Basic lift equipment and various therapy equipment are available on the unit. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Typical procedures performed include evaluations and treatments. MBS evaluations are conducted for speech therapy. The ideal candidate should enjoy teamwork and have an energetic personality. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role. Candidates with preferred skills will be prioritized. The position requires working at least 2 weekend days per month.
