Warehouse Clerk PM Shift

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Warehouse Clerk PM Shift Non‑Exempt position. Pay: $21 per hour. Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm PST. Compensation may vary with experience and other factors permitted by law. Description of Duties Essential duties and responsibilities include: Inventory and Sorting Assist with inventory control, verification of stock, and perform physical counts of items. Assist with hand‑tagging and identifying items. Sort merchandise into appropriate warehouse locations: place items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards. Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits. Orders and Shipping Prepare orders for fulfillment, pulling items, preparing orders, and placing orders in the shipping area according to schedule. Verify that items are free of defects and follow all packing and shipping procedures when fulfilling orders. Assist with processing international orders. Meet the daily shipment quota by picking or packing with motivation. Load boxes into trucks for shipment. Follow up on any issues with the specified carrier. Assist with expediting special shipments. Assist with processing vendor and PR shipments. Technology Use scanners, computers, and handheld printers. Pick orders with WMS mobile devices. Monitor internal email for shipment information and communicate via shared and direct email accounts. Quality Control (QC) Perform quality inspections on merchandise to ensure product meets quality requirements. Maintain high packing standards and quality control. Assist with quality control of product by steaming, notifying returns of repairs, and lint rolling product before packing. Miscellaneous Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed (labeling, distributing trim/raw materials/inventory to the Production Team). Assist with removal of cardboard, trash, and pallets. Assist with maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the stock room, warehouse, showroom and shared areas. Help maintain a safe and clean work environment. Assist Customer Care with sales events. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds, skill sets, and cultural experiences, both verbally and in writing. Work independently as well as collaboratively. Understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Provide flexibility to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent work experience. Physical Requirements Perform essential duties satisfactorily. Engage in verbal and written communication with others. Regularly lift and move objects weighing 35–50 lbs; occasionally lift and move objects over 100 lbs. Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently. Sit and balance occasionally; walk, sit, or stand for extended periods. Operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, and phones. Access various departments of the location as needed. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items.
