️ Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric School-Based

Location: Medford, Oregon
Contract: 35 Weeks | School Year
☀️ Shift: Days | Monday–Friday
⏱️ Hours: 40 Hours/Week

We're seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based travel assignment serving birth-to-5-year-old children in the Ashland/Medford area. The SLP will provide speech and language assessment and therapy services while collaborating with children, families, educators, and other professionals.

✅ Requirements
Active Oregon SLP License
Minimum 3 years of Speech-Language Pathology experience
Pediatric / Early Childhood SLP experience
School-based or educational setting experience preferred
Experience working with children from birth through age 5
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with children, families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams

Clinical Experience
Evaluate children for speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide age-appropriate speech and language interventions
Monitor and document patient progress
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare or educational professionals
Provide education and guidance to caregivers regarding communication development
Participate in interdisciplinary planning and team meetings as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow applicable educational, clinical, safety, and confidentiality standards
