Day shift with 7:30 AM start. Expected 58 to 60 hours per week with overtime available.

Pay Range

$62.51 per hour plus union benefits.

Job Description

We are hiring Journeyman Electricians for a large-scale data center construction project in Port Washington, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for electricians with journey-level commercial, industrial, or mission-critical experience who can perform high-quality installations and support less experienced workers.

Key Responsibilities

·       Install and terminate electrical distribution systems, feeders, branch circuits, panels, and equipment.

·       Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and work packages.

·       Perform conduit layout, wire pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, testing, and punch-list work.

·       Support apprentices and CW/CE workers through field direction, mentorship, and quality checks.

·       Coordinate safely with other trades in an active data center construction environment.

Requirements

·       Completed apprenticeship and journey-level electrical experience.

·       Valid Wisconsin journeyman license or ability to qualify through approved reciprocity or registration process.

·       OSHA 10 Construction certification required before working onsite. OSHA 30 is helpful.

·       Ability to complete union referral process and maintain required dues/referral status.

·       Must bring journeyman-level hand tools.

·       Data center, industrial, mission-critical, UPS, generator, switchgear, or large commercial experience is strongly preferred.
