General ManagerA & L RV Sales, LLC has eight locations across four states and has an excellent opportunity for a General Manager at its Sevierville, Tennessee location. The ideal candidate will lead by example with customers and associates, fostering a positive work environment where the team feels valued, motivated, and connected to their store leadership and the company's vision. Responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring overall performance, profitability, growth, and direction align with the strategic goals of a successful dealership.Meets with Managers to discuss issues, helping them improve management techniques.Counsels all Managers regarding the handling of customer and public relations.Responsible for weekly review and approval of employee time cards for payroll purposes.Develops and motivates managers to attain maximum productivity.Oversees cost-effective activities of the dealership.Maintains a good working relationship with Managing Partners, managers, and vendors.Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to limit the duties of the position to the examples contained herein.Ability to plan, organize, staff appropriately, and lead with attention to detail.Ability to use professional written and verbal communication skills for all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field required.Five years of progressive leadership experience.Office environment requiring prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.
