About the Opportunity Join us as a Flight Nurse and be part of a leading air ambulance team dedicated to moving communities to health with the highest safety standards. With 80+ bases nationwide, we provide critical care transport and outreach education. In this role, you’ll deliver life‑saving treatment to critically ill or injured patients while growing your career in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. Responsibilities Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments during transport. Accurately document patient care, stabilization, and transport details. Maintain compliant and precise billing records. Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and partners. Support outreach, public relations, and marketing initiatives. Attend required training, meetings, and maintain clinical competencies. Work under the Medical Director and report to Clinical Services leadership. Requirements Active RN license in the state of employment. 3–5 years of critical care or emergency experience. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, plus one trauma certification (TNCC, ITLS, PHTLS, etc.); NRP preferred. Ability to obtain CFRN within 24 months. Previous flight or transport experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency for charting and communication. Ability to meet physical requirements, including weight limits and exams.
