In this role, you'll combine sales, relationship-building, and apartment leasing expertise to create an exceptional resident experience while helping a growing community thrive.

What You'll Do

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from first contact through move-in
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into signed leases
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in property management software
• Assist with resident retention efforts and lease renewals
• Support community marketing initiatives and outreach events
• Ensure model apartments and common areas are tour-ready
• Deliver exceptional resident and prospect experiences

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred)
• Previous apartment leasing, residential property management, multifamily housing, sales, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Strong understanding of lease agreements and fair housing practices
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Weekend availability as required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation

• $18-$24 per hour (placeholder)
• Leasing commissions
