Willing to train applicants with heavy industrial and construction experience. Metal fabrication experience a plus Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operation of Overhead Crane and Hi-Definition Plasma Machine
- Responsible for all set up and preventative maintenance
- Knowledge of computer programming
- Process planning and CNC programming for machinery
- Responsible for meeting daily production and on time requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and conduct quality inspections
- Ability to meet specific tasks at hand
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Packaging material to customer specifications
- Self motivated, results oriented
- Must be willing to work shift work (mornings, afternoons, graveyards)
- Previous experience operating forklifts and/or overhead cranes is an asset
- Previous experience working with manual beveling tools and portable flame cutting systems is an asset
