WHAT YOU'LL DO Support day-to-day HR operations across assigned dealership locations -- serving as a reliable resource for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and questions Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes -- ensure that separations are handled accurately and with care, including all documentation Maintain accurate employee records -- process status changes and ensure employee documentation is complete and compliant Support employee relations -- listen with empathy, document accurately, and Support compliance efforts -- ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment regulations across multiple states Partner with managers on performance management processes -- supporting documentation, coaching conversations, and corrective action procedures Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support Swickard's growth, culture, and employee experience WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR HR experience preferred -- not required.
