Branch Manager - Temporary Fencing

Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) Sunbelt Rentals is searching for a Branch Manager to lead a multi‑million dollar revenue business unit. The role, titled "Profit Center Manager," is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the rental center business unit. The manager will oversee Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics, ensuring achievement of financial and performance goals, and handle the unit's operational and financial reporting functions. Key Responsibilities Have overall responsibility for the performance of a multi‑million dollar revenue business. Leverage current leadership skills to build a success‑driven team. Build a successful career with a multi‑unit or sales leadership career track. Lead all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics. Achieve financial and performance goals and report on operational results. Maintain high levels of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all aspects of the business. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience OR 3‑4 years of Rental Industry experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record history. Strong leadership and communication skills. Understanding of P&L and key financial controls. Experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing. Experience in construction or industrial markets (helpful). Physical Demands The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors when required by the job. Compensation Base Pay Range: $77,000.00 - 121,000.00 (starting rate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience).
