The Project Manager is the front-line leader of the project team responsible for the overall success of our projects. Project Managers, together with Superintendents, combine to create the overall project strategy and success driven character in the team. Their depth of experience in concrete buildings, safety, logistics, costs analysis, and quality support the drive for superiority in project execution. • Contract Management.
• Project Schedule Management.
• Project Planning.
• Field Material, Subcontractor, Vendor & Equipment Buyout.
• Formwork Selection & Buyout.
• Safety Program Management.
• Quality Control Program Management.
• Crew & Labor Productivity Analysis.
• Project Reporting (Cost, Fee, Safety, Quality, etc.).
• Personnel Training (PE & APM).
• Client Relationships.
• Project Closeout Organization and Management.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:

• Preferred 4-year degree in a construction or engineering field, OR a 4-year degree in an unrelated field with previous construction experience and/or a strong interest in construction.
• 2-3 years of Project Engineering Experience.
• 2-3 years of Assistant PM Experience.
