The Role We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Estimator to lead our bidding processes and contribute to our legacy of building excellence. In this pivotal role, you will: Lead and mentor the estimating team Develop bid strategies and foster vendor partnerships Ensure accurate, competitive bids and smooth handoff to project management What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating (hard bid, design-build, negotiated) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (ProEst, Procore preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience with ProEst and Procore Proven success on large-scale commercial projects Strong industry network and community involvement Benefits Competitive salary + performance bonuses 401(k) with company match Medical insurance Vision insurance Disability insurance Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Ready to Build Your Future With Us?
