Position Overview As an RN Registered Nurse , you will oversee resident care, administer treatments, and ensure the overall well-being of patients. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. RN Registered Nurse Job Requirements: Active, unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in New York Graduation from an accredited nursing program Current CPR/BLS certification Long-term care experience preferred but not required Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills Key Responsibilities: Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Monitor resident health, report changes to physicians and families, and document appropriately Perform wound care, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks as needed Develop, update, and review resident care plans Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with the healthcare team Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Schedule: Full-time position 8 Hours (7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM) On-site at Concourse Rehab & Nursing Center, 1072 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10456 Why Join Us?
