Data Analyst / Business Analyst

AIApply is hiring a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to be the person the company turns to when it needs the real answer. You will own reporting across product, growth and revenue, build the dashboards everyone lives in, and run the analyses that decide what we build and where we spend. You will also help make sense of the hiring-market data flowing through our platform.ResponsibilitiesOwn core business and product reporting: acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and support metrics.Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting so teams can answer routine questions without you.Write complex SQL against production and warehouse data; keep metric definitions consistent and documented.Design and interpret experiments, and flag when a result is noise rather than signal.Partner with engineering on event tracking, data quality and pipeline improvements.Deliver clear, decision-oriented analyses with recommendations, not just charts.Qualifications2+ years as a data or business analyst, ideally in a subscription or consumer software business. Expert SQL, strong spreadsheet modelling, and working knowledge of a BI tool such as Metabase, Looker or Tableau.
