The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leasing and recertifications.
- Budgets.
- Financial reporting.
- Rent collections.
- Legal management.
- Unit and common area inspections.
- Vendor management.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to complete apartment turnovers and work orders.
- Managing resident relations.
- Office management and supervision of staff.
- Experience with Project Based Section 8 program is required.
- Proficiency with basic accounting principles.
- COS or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
