Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney
THE TRAVELERS INDEMNITY COMPANY
The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Counsel in California to manage a caseload of low to moderate complexity in defense litigation for insureds. You will conduct research, draft pleadings, negotiate resolutions, and appear at court events with travel as needed. Qualified candidates have a Juris Doctorate, active Bar admission, and 3+ years of insurance defense experience. Strong writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with partners #J-18808-Ljbffr
