We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Accounting/Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize our company's core operational functions. In this pivotal role, you will drive efficiency, oversee business development initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of projects that support our growth objectives. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
Lead, supervise, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and uphold high standards of excellence.
Oversee profit and loss management, ensuring financial health through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Continuously analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions for increased productivity.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set organizational priorities and translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives.

Skills

Proven management experience with a strong track record of reengineering processes effectively.
Expertise in planning with the ability to develop short-term to long-term operational roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Demonstrated communication and attitude that inspires teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Experience in business development including sales strategy formulation and client relationship management.
Skilled in project management methodologies to oversee complex initiatives from conception to completion.
Strong background in process improvement techniques to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
