Position : Mainframe DeveloperLocation : Dallas, TX - HYBRID
Duration : 6 Months JOB Description:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer, with expertise in COBOL , JCL , DB2 , and CICS .
- Solid understanding of mainframe architecture and development processes.
- Experience with database management and working with legacy systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Experience working as a subcontractor or in a contract-based role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with other mainframe technologies (e.g., IMS, VSAM, MQ, etc.).
- Knowledge of modern programming languages or frameworks for integration with mainframe systems.
